Quartzite is a metamorphic rock that is sturdy, stunning and flexible. It can be a great alternative to marble, providing a marble-look but with greater durability, making it a popular option for kitchen countertops. Quartzite can also be used indoors and outdoors on a floor, backsplash, bathroom, or fireplace.Images and product samples are representative of a product’s potential characteristics. There is no guarantee that the sample product or images will 100% match the product received. Natural stone tiles/slabs and corresponding trim may not be an exact match. We reserve the right to make changes to product specifications at any time without notice. Natural stone is a product of nature and subject to variations in color, shade, grain, sizing, veining, movement, pitting, surface texture and finish. No two stone tiles/slabs are exactly the same. Some slabs require filler during production, which is a necessary and acceptable practice in the stone industry. Prior to installation, installer must blend stone tiles from several different boxes to achieve an even distribution of color range. Installer must conduct a dry mock layout under proper lighting conditions prior to installation. It is the consumer’s responsibility to inspect the product prior to installation to ensure satisfaction with all characteristics. Once installed, the product is deemed accepted. Consumer is responsible for ensuring proper installation, application, and use. Aerosol catalyst adhesives should not be used for stone installations as they may cause discoloration. Due to porosity, all natural stone products must be sealed prior to installation. Regular care and maintenance is required for natural stone products. Do not use vinegar or any cleaners containing acids or strong alkalis on natural stone. Reference the most current TCNA Handbook, ANSI, the MIA, manufacturer’s specifications, and the Bedrosians® Care & Maintenance guide for installation, outdoor use, care and maintenance information. Natural stone products installed in uncovered outdoor installations may experience modifications to the color and finish due to UV and water exposure. Natural stone products are not warranted.

Beyond Flooring USA offers two types of shipping methods:
• Ground Shipping for small packages (generally for orders without tiles)
• Freight for large shipments (generally for orders that contain tiles)
Due to the weight and fragile nature of our products, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
LEAD TIMES
Orders received by 1:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed for the same day shipping.
Orders received after 1:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed and shipped the following business day.
SHIPPING RATES
• Ground Shipments (Small Packages)
You will be quoted upon checkout the cost of shipping.
• Freight Shipments (Freight Collect for tiles and large orders)
Upon checkout you will be provided with the “Freight Collect” option for shipping. Be advised that you will be contected after your purchase is made for a direct quote for shipping. In order to provide the best possible price for shipping and verify orders, unfortunately this step is necessary.
DELIVERY TIMES
Ground packages and Freight shipments can be tracked through the tracking number you will be provided provided. Delivery dates will be
based on the tracking number provided. We highly recommend that you do not schedule your installer until you have
received your product.
DELIVERY
When your order arrives, please ensure that the quantities match what you ordered. To guarantee customer satisfaction,
please make note of the following when receiving your order:
• Visually inspect the condition of the shipment and make sure to note any missing items or damaged materials. The
order confirmation email you received lists all the materials and quantities you ordered. You will need to examine the
shipment and count each item to make sure everything ordered has been received.
• Any damaged or missing items must be noted on your delivery receipt. If not noted, it increases the amount of
time required to seek resolution. And in such cases, you will be required to file directly with the carrier. If you are having any trouble and need assistance please call our customer care center at (866) 701-8643
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Beyond Flooring USA understands the importance of choosing the right product for your project. If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, Beyond Flooring USA is happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. No returns will be
accepted after 30 days. 25% restocking fee is assessed on all returns within 30 days. Customer is responsible for
all return shipping charges.
Please read the following information carefully.
• You must request a RMA form by calling (866) 701-8643.
Returns will not be accepted without prior consent.
• Beyond Flooring USA does not pay for return shipping. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please
use a carrier of your choice.
• The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: samples, clearance items, and custom orders.
• All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Credit will not be
issued for any items returned to us broken. It is imperative that the returned boxes are packaged well – our products
are extremely fragile.
• Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned. Beyond Flooring USA is not responsible for product damages, property
damage or lost labor costs due to faulty installation. Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receiving the
shipment.
Thoroughly inspect all products before installation as use will constitute acceptance. Installed flooring is
considered the property of the owner/installer and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cancelled prior to shipping can be cancelled without penalty. If you decide to cancel an order, please call our
customer care specialists immediately at (866) 701-8643. Hours are Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm (Pacific Time).
Once an order has been loaded and is in route to the shipping address, Beyond Flooring USA will charge all applicable shipping
fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. Any items returned without
return authorization, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee.
REFUSED ORDERS
DO NOT REFUSE ANY SHIPMENT. If your shipment arrives damaged, call our customer care center at (866) 701-8643
immediately for assistance with getting replacements sent to you. If you refuse to accept
an order, Beyond Flooring USA will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for
all outgoing and return shipping costs. Any items returned without return authorization, including canceled orders and
refused shipments, are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee.
