Capture the beauty of authentic, traditional cement tiles with the SomerTile Cemento Queen Mary Storm 8″x8″ Cement Floor and Wall Tile. These tiles are constructed of cement, offering a partial through-body coloring. Each tile is hand-crafted by taking a 1” cement base, pouring color into a mold, pressing the color with a hydraulic press and baking at extremely high temperatures. The result is a completely one of a kind look that may produce natural variations or chips, which are characteristics of true cement tile. The tile offers an old-world pattern in monochromatic grays including dark charcoal, smoky gray, ash gray, light pale gray and white. These durable tiles can be used in a variety of interior settings. Be sure to pair these with other tiles in the coordinating Cemento series for a unique look. It is necessary that you seal your cement tiles.
Beyond Flooring USA offers two types of shipping methods:
• Ground Shipping for small packages (generally for orders without tiles)
• Freight for large shipments (generally for orders that contain tiles)
Due to the weight and fragile nature of our products, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
Orders received by 1:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed for the same day shipping.
Orders received after 1:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed and shipped the following business day.
• Ground Shipments (Small Packages)
You will be quoted upon checkout the cost of shipping.
• Freight Shipments (Freight Collect for tiles and large orders)
Upon checkout you will be provided with the “Freight Collect” option for shipping. Be advised that you will be contected after your purchase is made for a direct quote for shipping. In order to provide the best possible price for shipping and verify orders, unfortunately this step is necessary.
Ground packages and Freight shipments can be tracked through the tracking number you will be provided provided. Delivery dates will be
based on the tracking number provided. We highly recommend that you do not schedule your installer until you have
received your product.
When your order arrives, please ensure that the quantities match what you ordered. To guarantee customer satisfaction,
please make note of the following when receiving your order:
• Visually inspect the condition of the shipment and make sure to note any missing items or damaged materials. The
order confirmation email you received lists all the materials and quantities you ordered. You will need to examine the
shipment and count each item to make sure everything ordered has been received.
• Any damaged or missing items must be noted on your delivery receipt. If not noted, it increases the amount of

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Beyond Flooring USA understands the importance of choosing the right product for your project. If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, Elysium Tiles is happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. No returns will be
accepted after 30 days. 25% restocking fee is assessed on all returns within 30 days. Customer is responsible for
all return shipping charges.
Please read the following information carefully.
• You must request a RMA form by calling (866) 701-8643.
Returns will not be accepted without prior consent.
• Beyond Flooring USA does not pay for return shipping. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please
use a carrier of your choice.
• The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: samples, clearance items, and custom orders.
• All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Credit will not be
issued for any items returned to us broken. It is imperative that the returned boxes are packaged well – our products
are extremely fragile.
• Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned. Beyond Flooring USA is not responsible for product damages, property
damage or lost labor costs due to faulty installation. Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receiving the

considered the property of the owner/installer and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

immediately for assistance with getting replacements sent to you. If you refuse to accept
an order, Beyond Flooring USA will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for
