Remy, a hand-made cement tile also known as Encaustic tile, breathes new life into an old-world design. Use the cool sea blue and warm grey solid colors and mix of patterns in Remy to create exciting floors, backsplashes and walls. The eight distinctive 8″x8″ patterned designs can be used for a whole floor or wall, or as an inlaid tile rug or accent section of a wall. The six solid 8″x8″ tiles colors can be used on their own or combined with the decos, giving you free reign for creativity.
Use only non-sanded grout with this product.
All spills must be cleaned immediately to prevent staining.
Dark grouts are not recommended with light tiles. Light grouts are not recommended with dark tiles.
These tiles are handmade and subject to color variation. Mix randomly from different boxes to balance variation.
Wet the back of the tile prior to setting. Apply thinset to both the substrate and the back of the tile using a notched trowel.
The tile pattern displays best with 1/16″ to 1/8″ grout joints. Wider joints are necessary in wet areas or when using floor heating cables.
Tiles must be sealed prior to grouting to prevent penetration. Miracle Sealants 511 Porous Plus sealer is recommended before and after grouting. Tiles must dry for at least 24 hours before grouting. Any excess grout must be wiped from the surface of the tiles immediately and meticulously. Other options for post-grouting sealants include DryTreat Stain-Proof solvent-based sealer (does not enhance tile color) or DryTreat Intensifia non-solvent based sealer (enhances the tile color). Exterior installation requires re-sealing every 2-3 years.
Merchandising materials and samples are for general reference only and representative of a product’s potential characteristics. Tile is subject to variation in color/shade, size, texture, and finish. Field, mosaic and trim tile may not match exactly. Blend tiles from different boxes to achieve consistent shade distribution. Installer and end user must conduct a dry mock layout under proper lighting conditions to inspect the product. Installation constitutes acceptance of the product. Reference the TCNA, ANSI, Manufacturer’s specifications, and Bedrosians Care & Maintenance Guide. Improper installation, application, use, care and maintenance voids warranty. We reserve the right to make product changes without notice.
Beyond Flooring USA offers two types of shipping methods:
• Ground Shipping for small packages (generally for orders without tiles)
• Freight for large shipments (generally for orders that contain tiles)
Due to the weight and fragile nature of our products, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
Orders received by 1:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed for the same day shipping.
Orders received after 1:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed and shipped the following business day.

You will be quoted upon checkout the cost of shipping.
• Freight Shipments (Freight Collect for tiles and large orders)
Upon checkout you will be provided with the “Freight Collect” option for shipping. Be advised that you will be contected after your purchase is made for a direct quote for shipping. In order to provide the best possible price for shipping and verify orders, unfortunately this step is necessary.
Ground packages and Freight shipments can be tracked through the tracking number you will be provided provided. Delivery dates will be
based on the tracking number provided. We highly recommend that you do not schedule your installer until you have
received your product.
When your order arrives, please ensure that the quantities match what you ordered. To guarantee customer satisfaction,
please make note of the following when receiving your order:
• Visually inspect the condition of the shipment and make sure to note any missing items or damaged materials. The
order confirmation email you received lists all the materials and quantities you ordered. You will need to examine the
shipment and count each item to make sure everything ordered has been received.
• Any damaged or missing items must be noted on your delivery receipt. If not noted, it increases the amount of

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Beyond Flooring USA understands the importance of choosing the right product for your project. If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, Elysium Tiles is happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. No returns will be
accepted after 30 days. 25% restocking fee is assessed on all returns within 30 days. Customer is responsible for
all return shipping charges.
Please read the following information carefully.
• You must request a RMA form by calling (866) 701-8643.
Returns will not be accepted without prior consent.
• Beyond Flooring USA does not pay for return shipping. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please
use a carrier of your choice.
• The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: samples, clearance items, and custom orders.
• All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Credit will not be
issued for any items returned to us broken. It is imperative that the returned boxes are packaged well – our products
are extremely fragile.
• Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned. Beyond Flooring USA is not responsible for product damages, property
damage or lost labor costs due to faulty installation. Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receiving the
